Candice Miller, CEO Candice is a senior corporate officer with extensive experience in healthcare business development, operational management and strategic planning. She has an MBA in management and marketing, an MA in Biology, and 26 years in the clinical diagnostics industry, with experience in all aspects of healthcare business management. Candice is the principal and managing director of Strategic Health, LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, where she provides executive consulting services for new product development, commercialization plans, strategic valuations, equity investments and growth opportunities. Candice also served as the Vice President, Corporate Officer, with Quest Diagnostics, Lyndhurst, New Jersey, a Fortune 500 Company and leader in laboratory services, and she was on the Board of Directors of Correlogic Systems, Inc. She has a successful industry track record for start-up businesses in clinical diagnostics. |

Harold Harrison, MD, PhD, Doctoral Director Dr. Harrison received his M.D. and Ph.D. in Biochemical Genetics at the University of Illinois Medical School, Chicago. He completed an internship (categorical) in Internal Medicine, at the University of Illinois Hospital and residency training in Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago. Dr. Harrison was previously the Vice President and Medical Director of HEMEX Laboratories, LLC, in Phoenix, Arizona; Corporate Medical Director, Genetic Services, at Quest Diagnostics in Teterboro, New Jersey; and operated a private consulting practice, Southwest Genetics and Laboratory Medicine, in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is board-certified in clinical pathology and is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. His research has focused on clinical and diagnostic applications of molecular genetic and proteomic techniques. |

Joe Quill, MBA, CPA, CFO Joe is an expert in the areas of clinical laboratory operations, revenue issues, billing and reimbursement, and compliance and regulatory affairs. His clients include commercial and hospital clinical and anatomic pathology laboratories and outreach programs from $1 to $70 million in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest and Southwest U.S. Joe spent 20 years at Quest Diagnostics, Inc., including six years as a General Manager of clinical laboratory businesses in Texas, California and New York. He also spent 14 years at Quest in executive roles focused on billing and revenue cycle operations, and on reimbursement issues and strategy, including managed care contracting and contract administration. He is the founder and former Chair of the Billing and Reimbursement Committee of the American Clinical Laboratory Association (ACLA), where he was instrumental in shaping ACLA agenda, priorities and approaches to reimbursement, billing, compliance, and regulatory affairs issues. Joe earned his MBA from Cornell University, his BA from Gettysburg College, and he is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania. |

Rob Gilmour, Vice President, Sales Rob is an accomplished sales leader who brings 22 years of progressive clinical laboratory leadership experience to Proven Diagnostics. Over the past 10 years Rob has been responsible for selling and managing both clinical and anatomic pathology services to physicians, hospitals,and government agencies. Rob previously held sales management positions with Quest Diagnostics and Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix Nevada Campus and his MBA from the University of Phoenix Minnesota campus. His knowledge and experience in both laboratory operations and sales make him a tremendous advocate for patient care and customer satisfaction. |

Laurie Danielson, Managing Director Laurie graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with minor in Biology. She is certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology as a technologist in chemistry [C(ASCP)] and by the National Registry of Certified Chemists as a toxicological chemist [TC ( NRCC)]. She has been with the Geisinger Health System since 1981, first as a medical technologist in toxicology, then joining the management team in 1992 as a supervisor for the STAT lab. She was Geisinger Medical Laboratories' outreach coordinator from 1996 until 2009, when she became the managing director of Proven Diagnostics. |
