Answers:

  1. You can call our Client Services Department at 1-866-869-1334. They are available 24/7 and always ready to answer your questions.
  2. Our test catalog tells you what tube to use, how much specimen is required, whether to refrigerate, freeze , or store a specimen at room temperature. Please consult the test catalog for all specimen requirements.
  3. We accept all insurance plans. Here is a list of the most common insurance plans that we accept.
  4. Sure! Just call our Client Service Call Center and tell them what you need. They'll get a courier to your site as soon as possible.
  5. Just call our Client Services staff at 1-866-869-1334. They can help you get the information you need.
  6. We will need to know your patient's name, what testing ordered has already been ordered, the date and time of collection if available, the name of the provider who is requesting the add-on, and additional diagnosis(es) as necessary.
