All calls received in the contact center are documented to allow for followup and training. This means that the Client Services representatives have all the historical details of your contact with us at their fingertips, so they are prepared to help you when you call. We care not only about what you need, but about what you think. Our goal in Client Services is to fully satisfy each and every client in a professional and caring manner: better, faster, and more effectively.
